Description

China Max in Buffalo, New York offers delicious vegan-friendly options. Their veg chicken is especially great, but be sure to clearly specify your order to avoid any mix-ups. One time, the consistency and look of the dish made us think they accidentally gave us actual chicken instead.

I ordered chicken wings and chicken rice from Uber Eats for $34. Unfortunately, the food had no flavor at all. Additionally, the vegetables in the rice, such as carrots and peas, were undercooked and the onions were hard.

I found mold spores covering the vegetables at this restaurant, which was very unappetizing.

This food is terrible! I have never had such bland food from a Chinese restaurant before. The chicken has no flavor, the rice is tasteless and everything looks overcooked or cooked in old oil. When I opened the container, I was immediately disappointed. I suggest shutting down this place, I am disgusted. It is so disappointing to crave something and have it turn out to be disgusting and unpleasant.

I ordered delivery. The food was cold. The sesame chicken had no chicken, a lot of the pieces are all breading and if there’s chicken, it was chicken jerky. I called and the worker said that’s the way they make it (all breading). She said if I don’t like the food, I can call Ubereat. That’s the solution. Chinese takeout dishes like the sesame chicken often have too much breading but this was mostly breading with MOST of the pieces ALL breading, it was inedible and very disappointing.

I ordered online and just echoing all of the other reviewers, the Sesame Chicken has no chicken. Not a little, not a small amount, none. You're eating fried dough with sesame sauce on it. The Crab Rangoon isn't a complete fraud like the sesame chicken but it's definitely the worst I've ever had. The pork dumplings were meh but easily the best part of the meal. How this place has a 4.4 on Uber Eats is insane. Maybe it's a 1 to 100 scale. Just gross
