Is it 4 AM? Are you hungry? Have you had one too many late-night drinks? This is the perfect spot for you! It's an excellent choice to satisfy your cravings when you need something more substantial than the regrets from a night out. I would have given it 5 stars, but the delivery can be slow and the drivers are sometimes rude. The service hasn't been the same since the amazing beard-wearing driver left. The only other drawback is that they don’t serve lunch, as they open at 4 PM.
I have never experienced such a thing but we ordered 4 calzones and paid for them through their online ordering tonight. When we went to pick our order up the open sign was in the window but the doors were locked. My husband waited for a while but no one was there and no one came! Now we have to deal with trying to be reimbursed and figuring out what to feed our family. How do you run a business like that?!?!?
This place was an absolute delight when I was at UB they delivered hella late and the calzones SMACKED 10/10 definitely recommend I am not a paid sponsor trust me but I would probably die for one of their calzones right now
I ordered three calzones, and the estimated delivery time was supposed to be 45-60 minutes. However, after about 70 minutes, I called to check on the status and was told that my order had just left and would arrive soon. By the time the driver finally showed up, it had been 90 minutes—right when I was about to call and cancel the order. He arrived with cold food that was barely filled, and to top it off, he was talking on his phone on speaker while dropping it off. When I called to request a refund, I found out that there wouldn’t be a supervisor on duty until 5:30 PM the next day. So, there was no one to help at that moment, and it seemed like I wouldn’t be able to get assistance when they opened either. After this terrible experience, I won’t be ordering from them again, and I seriously doubt I'll get a refund when I call back tomorrow.
