I have the trio and my man got the grilled chicken sandwich. he was very unhappy with the part and the pommes were cold. the trio tasted good (spanish, huh, lam... read more I have the trio and my man got the grilled chicken sandwich. he was very unhappy with the part and the pommes were cold. the trio tasted good (spanish, huh, lamb) but the brot was not warmed or roasted on all - as they simply take the rolls out of the pocket and put the meat on it. I only have five tweeper rings for a price hit and they were also cold. there were two people who work, I suppose one was training, but the customer service was quite ah. two stars instead of one, because there could have been one night and I would like to give the company from our house a chance! was really hoping that this was a way to Burger Spot, as the prices were decent!

However, the Thai tea was the worst I have ever tasted, even worse than my first attempt at making it at home without instructions. It should come with a warning label. The soda refrigerator sounded like it was on its last legs, making the empty diner feel like a deserted place.

Both burgers came out... read more The entire order was incorrect. We ordered two burgers: one without pickles and cheddar cheese, the other without tomato and Swiss cheese. Both burgers came out the same with American cheese and all the usual toppings. I paid extra for the different cheeses but did not receive them. The order was not correct. Additionally, I ordered a side of fries with garlic aioli, but only one order came completely coated in aioli. I ordered two separate orders because one person cannot handle that much aioli. The burgers were decent in taste, but they were not what we had ordered. I should have heeded the warnings in the reviews that Burgerim does not accurately fulfill orders.

The staff (Two young boys)was very occupied watching tv instead of making the actual food.Need to hire better chefs and not kids who make your order according to them not the actual recipe. Burgers are very dry. Need to salt the fries. Chicken patty should’ve been named dough. Due to the fact that there was barely any chicken in it. If you are going to charge high prices I am expecting higher quality in food. Looks like the store owner spent all the money of looks of the place and advertising but forgot to spend it on the actual food it self. Very underwhelming experience!!!

We ordere... read more I wish I had read the reviews before visiting this restaurant. Nothing went right during our visit, it was so bad that I wish I could give it 0 stars. We ordered 2 duos, a chicken sandwich, and a burger each. Instead, we received 4 burgers and no chicken sandwich. We paid extra for a spicy chicken sandwich and a spicy burger, but received a plain burger without toppings and a plain burger with guacamole. The fries were soggy, and the burgers were overcooked and dry. The portions were tiny. We will not be returning, unless it's to get a refund.
