After making an appointment, I arrived and was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. I waited while the tires were installed, and they kept me updated throughout the process. They estimated it would take about an hour, and sure enough, an hour later my car was ready. During checkout, I was advised to come back in 50 miles for a re-torque of the lug nuts. Overall, it was a very professional and pleasant experience. Thank you, Mark!

Every place with carts needs someone as good as JP, he looked efficient, handsome, and an all-around good employee unlike the rest of Transit Bjs, especially the Bopic.
