Anyone that loves being catered to in every way will swoon for Bidwell on Allen. We have always enjoyed letting a chef show us not only their skills but what the best ingredients in the area are and you can't go wrong at Bidwell in both areas. Beautiful, calm location for intimate dinner. Lovely service and the BEST playlist from Courtney. Matt couldn't have done better behind the scenes Every course had a beautiful presentation and I can't say enough about how delicious every sauce was. Save your bread to sop it up!! So reasonably priced for food and wine pairing. Anyone who has ever experienced Binkleys in PHX AZ will understand the gem we have here in the 716!

Many of the courses were outside of the box foods that i wouldn't typically pick for myself off of a menu and i'm so glad they were chosen for me. Each course brought something vreative and tasty to the table. I recommend adding the $35 wine pairing (1 wine per 3 courses) it really made the evening complete!

Stand outs included the Maitake Mushroom, Beef, and Duck courses. Truly could not pick a favorite. I also love how they source their food and showcase the farms on the menu itself. We will absolutely be returning.

Lo... read more What a welcome and needed restaurant experience in Buffalo. This husband and wife team do it all on their own in a beautiful space in the heart of Allentown. Love the small one-seating per night concept which is similar to a Michelin star restaurant. The attention to detail, flavor pairings, and timing of each plate is impeccable. That they only use locally sourced ingredients is icing on the cake and is so very Buffalo. To create a 9 course local masterpiece in the dead of WNY winter is absolutely impressive. Each dish embodied winter with rich umami flavors that felt like a warm hug on a bitter cold night: This couple will eventually bring a Michelin star to Buffalo and is elevating our food scene. I'm so excited to visit them each season and see them soar.

The menu was fantastic and each meal was prepared and presented to perfection. This will easily become the best restaurant in Buffalo, there’s nothing else like it!
