We ordered in the drive throu, but parked to eat. Our car wouldn't start afterwards, my mom went in a staff came out with her he used his truck to jump our vehicle. The staff was so friendly took his time when the jump didn't immediately work. Thankyou you saved me from missing an appointment that could've been rescheduled! You were a life saver! Food was fast and hot, service was prompt. It's arbys, I never expect a whole lot from fast food but this store is pretty good.
Great choice for dinner tonight. Great service,(with a smile) even... thats hard to find these days, but front end person was fantastic, called us by name, very personable. Rung the Bell tonight as we left the building..lol
The food was served hot, fresh, and incredibly tasty. The service was fairly quick, but the staff could have been friendlier.
They get my order right about 95% of the time. My family and I visit Arby's roughly every two weeks, and I’d say they mess up maybe 10 times a year. I don’t even place special requests—we usually just order a number two, a number seven, an extra drink, and an extra fry, so it’s not like I’m ordering anything unusual.
We ordered through the drive-thru but parked to eat. Afterward, our car wouldn’t start. My mom went inside, and a staff member came out to help. He used his truck to jump-start our vehicle and was incredibly friendly and patient when it didn’t work right away. Thank you so much—you saved me from missing an important appointment that would have had to be rescheduled! This employee truly went above and beyond with exceptional customer service!
