I don’t eve... read more They get my order right about 95% of the time. My family and I visit Arby's roughly every two weeks, and I’d say they mess up maybe 10 times a year. I don’t even place special requests—we usually just order a number two, a number seven, an extra drink, and an extra fry, so it’s not like I’m ordering anything unusual.

He used his truck to jump-start our vehicle and was incredibly friendly and patient when it didn’t work right away. Thank you so much—you saved me from missing an important appointment that would have had to be rescheduled! This employee truly went above and beyond with exceptional customer service!
