The service is... read more My family and I have visited Buffalo Applebee's countless times and have always had fantastic experiences compared to other Applebee's locations. The service is consistently excellent, and we always joke that we should have gone to Buffalo Applebee's when we have a less than favorable experience at another location. We have had many enjoyable evenings here, from celebratory dinners to cozy date nights with my husband. My favorite dish is the 4 cheese mac and cheese with extra honey pepper sauce and a side of sweet Asian chili sauce - trust me, it's absolutely delicious!

I ordered my steak medium rare, but it came out mostly raw and could probably still moo. The appetizers were decent. The ambiance is pleasant, but it won't be enough to make me come back for a fifth time.

The lettuce in my friend's... read more The restaurant was just okay. The chicken dish I ordered (bourbon shrimp chicken grill) was clearly frozen. The service was average. The lettuce in my friend's enchilada was slimy, indicating poor quality. Overall, the cooking was not up to par. I was disappointed but not surprised, as this seems to be a recurring issue at this restaurant. However, our waitress was very friendly and provided excellent service. On a second visit, I ordered a triple chocolate meltdown, but was served a Hawaiian Smoothie instead of the virgin pina colada I requested, and it was not good. It tasted like a sad mix of low-quality ingredients in a glass.

I sat at th... read more I used to dine regularly in Applebee's and it was usually good. I came in to Buffalo MN Applebee's this afternoon at 3. There were very few patrons. I sat at the bar, the bartender was great but she left after taking my order. Shift change Jeanette took over. She never smiled, barely waited on me and let the bar phone ring for 8 mins straight! I ordered Bourbon Street Steak. It arrived cut into 2 pieces.... why ? Jeanette asked sharply, if I wanted anything else... I said no thank you. She immediately handed me the bill. I paid and rounded amount up to 30 which amounted to about 3 buck tip. I explained that I usually always leave 20% plus but the service and 2 piece steak was very bad. I also said sorry. So I pray your experience is better. In contrast, Applebee's in Mankato is actually great.
