Casey's - Buffalo Center

I placed an order through the automated system and was told it would be ready at 5:27. When I arrived, there were people waiting in line for 15 minutes. I had to finally push my way to the counter where the woman working didn't even know I had ordered. She informed me that she was the only one working and had other orders to fill, including mine which hadn't even been started. It made me wonder how the automated system could accurately predict when the pizza would be ready if it didn't consider the backup in the kitchen. I'm not blaming the pizza maker, but at least when speaking to a real person they could provide an estimated time.

Worst Casey's store in Iowa. Poor service, attitudes from employees. Dozens of people in line waiting.

This convenience store is the worst I've ever been to. I pass by it 99% of my mornings to stop at Hometown in Thompson. This store has deteriorated significantly over the past few years. A few weeks ago, I attempted to order a pizza from here. I was told it would be ready at 5:35. When I arrived around 5:40, I was informed that I never placed an order. I am done with this place.

Got told my pizzas were going to be 1 hour and 45 miniutes after i ordered when it was only estemated to take 25 minutes to be completed

They never answer the phone, whoever the manger is isnt a good one. Whomever the manager is should be embarrassed at the fact that they arent good at managing. Not to mention disrespectful service. Pure garbage.. wont be coming back.
