Mistakes happen, but with a little more caution they can be taken care of, last night your store's front door was left open, i had a delivery next door. I did my job to close your store's front door. Although the food is good the service was a nightmare. I did a big order (13 burgers and fries) I asked the manager if I could write down the names of each persons order so they could write it on the burger wrapping, and she said they will number them for me, which wasn’t much help bc I still had to go through and reference each customized order and I also asked for a box to only have to make one trip to my car and the manager said no so I had to make multiple trips to my car with paper bags that were over stuffed and ripped with grease oozing out of them. Burgers are good here, but this is the second time now I’ve ordered Cajun fries and they’ve been significantly over-seasoned. Just unbearably salty – a single fry has 20 fries worth of salt and seasoning. Ruins the whole meal : Cajun-style fries used to be one of my favourite items in Five Guys. Now it’s literally the worst thing on the menu.
