On our food we have waited for 1.5 hours - well,can happen. What would be long...we thought....The food is far from quality and professional preparation. The plaice was watery, falsely prepared and the bacon cubes were still half raw. Even the alleged fresh salt potatoes we had to leave. At least 2 days old and overlaid - all not recommended in all. How these reviews come here,is a mystery to me.

Fish fillet was almost just panade, noodles were much too soft and the armchairs without taste, the vegetable was there short made with warm, so no pan was seen. Also the price performance ratio does not fit, except for Scholle and Matjes, otherwise they should not offer.

Christmas holiday until New Year in Büsum booked and searched for a place for dinner at New Year's Eve, and the three days before in the Spieskomer we received very nice places, the menu suggestions for the New Year's Eve were brought to us and so we entered the place on New Year's Eve full of anticipation! What should I say, this anticipation was not disappointed! The food was perfectly prepared, very nicely dressed and tasted very good. From appetizer to dessert. The guys from the service had all the hands to do and were extremely nice and courteous we enjoyed a good meal in a great atmosphere and can highly recommend the Spieskomer in Büsum!
