Wir hatten unseren Aufenthalt mit Frühstück, Jause und Halbpension gebucht. Mit Kindern ideal da jederzeit Essen verfügbar ist. Upon arrival, we found no reception,... read more After an exhausting 11-hour journey, we arrived at Landal Chalet Matin, overloaded with luggage and traveling with a baby. Upon arrival, we found no reception, and our name was not listed on the key boxes. We had to figure out which one was ours before entering the apartment. This is when the real nightmare began—the place had not been cleaned. All the dirt and mess from the previous guests was still there. Naturally, we tried to contact Landal Chalet Matin, but reaching them was nearly impossible. When we finally managed to get in touch, we received almost no empathy or understanding for our situation. It took an unreasonably long time before we could access a clean apartment—absolutely disgraceful. To make matters worse, the church bells ring loudly every morning, which is incredibly disruptive, especially if you’re hoping to get some rest. Given our experience, and the lack of support from Landal, I would strongly advise against choosing Landal Chalet Matin.
