They greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel at home from the very first moment. Their personal touch was evident in every aspect of my stay. Regarding the sacrament, I can only praise it. It was a true culinary experience. Each dish was infused with flavor and reflected high quality ingredients. The meal really oozed personality, which made it all the more memorable. Breakfast was also a highlight. An extensive range of delicacies was waiting for me, and I especially enjoyed the delicious eggs. They were so delicious that I couldn't help but ask where they came from. The fact that the hosts even paid attention to the origin of the ingredients was a pleasant surprise. If I have to mention one small point of criticism, it is the wellness part. Although functional, it seemed a little dated compared to the rest of the accommodation. However, this minor niggle did not detract from the overall charm of my stay. I left with warm memories of this hospitable place and will definitely consider returning.

The friendliness in the hotel, the spe... read more We (my wife and I) stayed at the Bürchnerhof in Bürchen/Valais in Switzerland from September 6th to September 18th, 2023. The friendliness in the hotel, the speech, the location of the room with a sensational view of the Swiss mountains fascinated us every day. The breakfast was varied. We had half board, the daily 4 course menu with regional products was outstanding; there was nothing left to be desired. The selection of drinks was also very good. Questions about the region were always answered to our complete satisfaction. The personal approach from the owner couple was great. The indoor pool is good, as is the sauna. The terrace is also very nice. In short we felt very comfortable at the Bürchnerhof and will certainly come back. Because the great area just amazes you every day. Nearby activities: The Zermatt Valley and the surrounding 4000m mountains invite you to do activities every day. Food drinks: Regional products, freshly cooked and lovingly served. The drinks, also regional, are very good.

Nice rooms with a view of green mountains or high mountains on the other side of the Rohne valley. Owners are super friendly and very helpful. You can swim indoors and use a small sauna. The food that is served is really excellent. The whole hotel is cozy and tastefully decorated. In the area you can make beautiful walks among the four thousand. Ski lift within walking distance. Recommended! Rooms: 5
