The line is so permanent it feels like part of the architecture—walk in, see the queue, and immediately question how badly you actually want ice cream. The gelato is good and there’s a decent variety. I tried a bunch of places, but this one made me rethink my cold-dessert standards. You pick the size first, blindly trusting the universe, and only then find out what flavors are available that day. At least they accept contactless payments, which helps speed up the spiritual test known as “the wait.”
