I stayed at the emperor hotel where this bar is located. a very nice place to sit down, I ate some meals here and some drinks, as I agreed. service was a little... read more I stayed at the emperor hotel where this bar is located. a very nice place to sit down, I ate some meals here and some drinks, as I agreed. service was a little slow sometimes, but generally good. the staff could understand and speak English. It's not a great selection of food, but a good choice.
