Lezama is a typical restaurant of San Telmo ,classic , with a wide but traditional menu, abundant dishes to share ,good ...More

We went to dinner, encouraged by the recommendation of an Argentine gastronomic guide called antigourmet. However, the food was regrettable. grilled salmon (suitable) with fries (they are 2° fried, with taste of old oil; unbridled and fat); milanesa to the Neapolitan (suitable for a milanese to go wrong, the business must be closed)! with the same fries. prices are expensive in themselves and not to speak if we compare price and quality. for that money we paid $530 (32 U$S) between 2 (we took siphon soda). for oblivion

I went to dinner with a friend on April 15 around 23:00. the place itself is quite ameno. the atmosphere is very familiar and although the attention of the young is not outstanding the order of the food came quickly to the table. We ate rabas and to tell the truth they were exquisite. Then the pastas both came with scarparo sauce. the very good pastas did not so the salsa because it was noticeable. We've had beer and 2 soda. We've spent a total of $600. We found it an acceptable price so we ate so I recommend this restaurant. the cost/benefit was satisfactory.

This is a wonderful, traditional parilla in San Telmo. Definitely check it out if you are in the neighborhood. It 's what we would call old school in the United States: unpretentious, excellent value. I had the bife de lomo, which was among the best steaks...I 've eaten, and at a quarter of the cost of a comparable dish in the U.S. Also, the dessert pancakes looked delicious, but we were too stuffed to try!

After three weeks in Buenos Aires I was ready to right off all restaurants in this city but we finally found a place that produces flavorful food. We stopped for lunch at Lezama on our way to the San Telmo Market and loved it! We...shared the matambre appetizer and the Salmon Rosada for our meal. We were barely able to finish this shared meal and had no room for dessert. The salmon was cooked to perfection. We will definitely make a point to return to Lezama on our return trip.
