Although this is relatively early for dinner on Saturday, we were surprised to find the restaurant completely empty, apart from the staff who eat at the table at the next entrance. They disappeared almost immediately and we had the place for us until 10.30, when there were three tables. This prompted a pianist to play for 20 minutes, followed by a belly dancer who watched for the handful of guests, none of whom even their show. It's a family business. We were expected by a rather uninterested older woman. The food was good and it was a nice change from the standard rate of pasta, pizza or meat.

The fattoosh salad was good but was way too salty. Average: the manti Bad: the shawermah has no spices and no taste. The shish tawook (chicken pieces) are not tasty either.

The food was good and quite plentiful. We liked the Persian rice special - the rice alone was the best part of the meal, full of spices, meat and taste. The portions were quite large, and really a single duck with two appetizers would have been a lot! The prices were a bit high, I thought, but since the shares were large, I was not too disappointed. The service was slowly too indifferent.
