I fought here for lunch. We only have a limited number of meals in BA and I feel demolished that I was wasting one of these meals here. The service lasted 45 minutes to get our food. The food wasn't very good. The Hamburger-Back fell... and the Pommes were boiled. They offered to pay us in USD, but would give us a 10/1 exchange rate. The market rate is 13, so this just solidified the terrible experience.

We were in a little hurry and considered a very fast late lunch and a drink before our hike begins at the gates of the National Congress, just above the street.. We found the service excellent, with a server that was afraid to practice English. We had a huge ham and cheese sandwich that was enough to share and two of the special fruit drinks. They were served in a few minutes with a smile. We both used the rest rooms and they were all right, but they could have been a little cleaner.

Went here for lunch. We only have a limited number of meals in BA and I feel ripped off that I wasted one of those meals here. Service was slow - took 45 mins to get our food. Food wasnt very good. Hamburger bun fell apart, fries were undercooked. They offered to let us pay in USD but would give us a 10/1 exchange rate. The market rate is 13 so this just solidified the terrible experience.

This restaurant uses the same pizza recipe that you will find most of such restaurants in Buenos Aires. The pizza is really good. But here's the service abysmal. The restaurant was almost empty when I walked with at least 4 servers nearby. You looked at me an angry look at a table. I sat for 10 minutes without service, then a server came from another section to my table. She took my order. Then the server brought the order for my section, but still seemed very angry. If you die for food, a pizza will not poison you. But if you even have 2 minutes of energy to keep looking, skip Borgatta and find somewhere else.

That's the worst restaurant, I'm afraid I've ever been to BA. The costs are high, while the food couldn't fascinate me. The Licuados I ordered are nothing but sed. As far as the devices are concerned, the electric docks are in poor position, leave the toilets alone. In addition, for those consumers who like to sit for a long time to study or read, it would be a 'gentleman', in fact an rude old man in suit, waiting for you with his flowing but fierce English. The way he spoke to a customer is very similar to a general order to the soldiers, the debtors talk to the debtors, a prison-discipline talk to a crime... He cried hard to go when I'm ready to carry my bag and go to pay with my card. He told me I had to go soon without doing more readings or web surfing as long as I'm done eating my food, even if the restaurant is usually empty. He could accept the payment by card, but not for the tips, forcibly push me the tip in cash at 10% of the cost of food. If you want to be a welcome dude here, make sure to order the expensive plates without hesitation, although they do not deserve a recommendation, and leave as soon as you finish eating all the kitchen, with quantitative tips. Is there someone else who could tell me why I'm gonna eat here again?
