Everything we ordered was so good!!! Never tried Borneo cuisine before and it definitely didn’t disappoint.Definitely get the Singaporean fried rice and the satay!Only complaint was for the Roti Prata… It was delicious but it’s kinda pricey for what it is. Lol.

The Singapore rice was ok. The other foods were a bit bland. We love tea at Malaysian restaurants. The tea here was expensive and disgusting.Food: 3/5

First of all, I am not the best judge of Indonesian food. I have had Nasi Lemak and other similar dishes in Malaysia and probably that's about it. Also at Canada. And here at Ma's Islamic.I was quite excited to try Indonesian food.Now the service was without a question warm, friendly and courteous. 5/5However, I was trying Mee Indo (I think that's what the dish is called) for the first time. The texture and taste of the noodle reminded me of Fuji noodles from back home with the distinct tasting salt. The shallots was okay. But the chicken looked dark, overcooked and powdery. I don't know if that's how it's supposed to be and pardon my ignorance, but the chicken felt like old from leftovers. Sorry not a great first experience. The chicken was neither tender, juicy nor fresh.Unfortunately I didn't finish the dish nor the hardboiled eggs. I wish all the best to the restaurant and hopefully this negative experience is not telling of all.

Delicious, authentic Indonesian cuisine. With reasonable prices, the portions were substantial. The restaurant was also clean. Would love to return to try other options too.
