Ripen meat suppe (galbi tang) was perfect in a cold night. the restaurant was busy and many had a good meal. the robot servers were interesting. they looked like they were in the way of the server running around. but the robots delivered what was programmed. my suppe and bark ribs were delicious. we also ordered the beef short ribs, a very tasty dish. the marinade was exceptional. If you like spicey food always get the triple spice level. But if that's too spicey put the egg in. It helps. But never get mild it will be a waste of an experience. But if you do, get triple level it will be more like a stew.
