There is $12/night parking charge, even though Google here says free parking in both overview and in “about”. No free drinking water in lobby or rooms. The plastic coffee maker in the room is so tiny that it’s there probably just as an amenity in theory. You can buy drinks from the cafe bar in the lobby, a Grande latte is over $7 before tip. Staff was nice, but our room smelled like cigarette smoke. The lobby of this hotel is very nice but the hotel itself is old and dingey looking. Hallways were dirty. Would not stay here again.Rooms: 2/5 View all feedback.
Carpet was stained, looked very dirty, torn in areas. the hotel was obviously old, but that wasn't the problem. the carpet should be replaced. no amount of cleaning can help a dyed, worn, separating orange carpet. the hall was okay. it was too late to find another hotel what I wanted to do as soon as I started down the curser. very disappointed. marriott should not have names there on this hotel, it is deceptive to not mention a very budget hotel with real pictures. I would like to post pictures so that others at least know what it looks like. to be aware that marriott suspects means to stay a decent place. Maybe that's the best thing in this area. will not recommend or ever stay again. 2/5
Our room was great and has slept 5 of us. they were very nice and understand our situation.
Our one stayed in a somewhat crazy night of moving. we go into our rooms with opaque beds, hairs and lashes on the bathroom floor, top it from a organic towel on the floor. fd was reported and jumped into action immediately. we appreciate their excellent service and support. I don't remember her names I apologise. everything was left alone to see the FD agent. we then moved into another room. we were 3/13. I work for a hotel and casino in vegas. excellent customer service back to the FD agent. the 3 stars were for the room experience.
Will not come back! not worth the price. When I pulled the deck back, it literally looked like the leaves hadn't changed. use the marriott to be my favorite hotel chain, but no longer. they actually want you to buy the breakfast. I will not have paid this lol never to breakfast in a 3 star hotel. carpet in this room could use a good shampoo
This place was awesome. It was nice and quiet and well taken care of. I will definitely be coming back.
