I came purposely to try the famous fabes, after ordering and trying them, it didn 't seem like anything special to me, I told the manager/owner of the restaurant and he told us that he already knew, and that they had turned out bad and he couldn 't do it. nothing, well, you can either warn them that they turn out bad or directly not serve them and not shoehorn them into a dish that is not cheap. For the rest the cachopo and the rice Very good with milk, especially the rice. But honestly, a place like this, being the best beans and knowing that they are bad that day, not notify them, honestly I did not like it at all, for my part I will go to other places before going back there.
