Absolutely no vibe. Smaller plates brought out after our mains. Waited ages for cocktails. QR code menus which already creates distance between customer and staff. Came for my brother’s 18th family dinner and left disappointed. Felt like we were literally intruding on the venue, not welcoming and staff were on phones instead of serving. Food was average but overall experience was ****.
Me and my girlfriend decided to go to the goodbar for dinner, waited 45 minutes for 2 burgers and chips, burgers were terrible no flavour and no care, one of the burgers was cold. the place was understaffed and food on other tables weren’t cleaned the whole time we were there, ordered 2 pepsi for drinks and got 2 glasses filled with ice and a bit of Pepsi, wouldn’t recommend very disappointed
Decided to get a burger for takeaway as a last minute decision for something quick. Had to repeat the order 4 times for our burger to include chips, they just didn’t couldn’t get it right. Staff don’t care and obvious they don’t want to be there. Meal came quick enough to get home and see why! Meat pattie was raw. It was disgusting. Burger bun fell apart upon my first bite. If I could have given no stars I would have but to be honest the one star should go for the chips they were actually really good. Such a shame good bar used to be so good! Don’t go here when Taps is close by and never disappoints.
This is the worst place I have been for dinner. We had to wait for 20mins in.line to get a drink and over an hour for our meal. Most of the ingredients were available. There were so many people waiting for their meals. It was really bar. People were served their meals in front of us and when we asked where our meals were we were told to wait our turn. Would recommend you go somewhere else.
Had good memories of visiting here a few years ago. I feel the standard has really gone done since our last visit. Staff feel a bit indifferent, burgers nothing special and sides a bit **** to be honest. My advise would be choose somewhere else!
