This Whataburger location is quite spacious and inviting. You have the option to use the drive-thru or dine inside, and there's also a small outdoor seating area if you prefer to eat outside. Don't forget to take advantage of the Whataburger app for rewards and special promotions!
The food was exceptional! The restaurant also has two ramps for wheelchair accessibility.
Ordered plain boneless wings with sauce on the side. They forgot to give me the sauce. How do you forget the sauce? Did not see the error until I was home. Super disappointing. No attention to detail. Where is the manager to oversee any of the work? You pay for your food, your order should be correct.
Whataburger used to be a place to go to get a quality burger and fries. Guess that died, fries were old and my burger came thrown in a wrapper.
Every time I visit this place, it's incredibly frustrating. I order my food through the app, and it takes me about ten minutes to get there from my house. Then I'm left waiting another ten minutes just to talk to someone. After that, I often have to wait another twenty minutes for my food to arrive. It happens EVERY SINGLE TIME! The restaurant is consistently messy, and no one seems to clean up. To top it off, I don’t understand how someone who orders a bunch of chicken after I arrive can get their food before I even receive my one burger.
