What User doesn't like about Little Caesars Pizza:
Pizzeria with so little cheese that the paprika drops everywhere. This is nothing near Detroit style. ordered directly from their website. They use the Turkish. If you want a cold, pale pizza, that's the place for you. I won't come back. View all feedback.
Tent thru drive thru for 3 large pizzas. Girls told us it was 10 minutes and we waited for over 1 hour. I wanted to get a refund and the manager didn't know what he was doing. Still not getting my refund. Worst Pizza place to order from in Buda.
I guess there's a shortage of cheese, because there was hardly a pizza. Was bad, even for Little Caesers. Had to drive through the garbage containers because we drove through the drive. Damn, it looked like a crime scene. So disgusting. Dough and sauce rot over the ground. Full ****, even for a dirty room.
I love little Caesar?s for what it is decent pizza fast. This place doesn?t disappoint there. They are short staffed and have been consistently closing well before 10pm. The owners either need to come in and work late or change the hours. It is their Franchise to make succeed or fail. Every worker I have encountered there has been awesome.
Have had multiple issues at this location, and it 's gotten to the point that i 'm here writing this review. I was given a pizza that must have been multiple hours past the throw out time. I pulled a slice, and 50% of the crust ripped apart from how stale it was. Didn 't think much of it until I called, and they didn 't answer. Called again, no answer. Call AGAIN, and my call was SENT to voice mail. One of the employees was actively rejecting my calls. I get in my car, and the whole drive there I am calling, and either it 's not being answered, or it 's being sent to voice mail. I get to the store, and the person claims no one touces the phones, which was a blatant lie, because someone touched it to reject my calls, and even if he weren 't lying, then clearly they don 't know how to opperate a business if they just blatantly ignore their phone 100% of the time. After this, it takes the guy helping me, at least 15 minutes to figure out how to process a refund. I 'm not sure how long after writing this review you 'll be reading it, but go ahead and try and call the store a couple of times before going. If they don 't answer, or reject the call, you 'll know nothing has changed, and they do not deserve your business. Edit: I 'm changing this to 3 stars from 1 star. I got in touch with the regional manager and he gave me some insight on the troubles they 've been having. He gave me the impression he actually does care about providing good service and keeping the customers happy. He also explained they will be doing training soon to get things in order. I 'll update again in a few months after I 've had time to see if anything changes.
We sat at the drive thru window for 15 minutes with absolutely no answer. We drove to the window and nobody was at the front. So we drove around and parked. We went inside and someone came to the front and took our order and said it would be ready in 10 minutes. We waited 15 more minutes and went back to the window for him to tell us the payment didn't go through so they didn't make the pizza. So we paid a second time and he told us it would be another 10 minutes. So we waited almost an hour for a 5 minute pizza. Very. Dissapointed.
