I decided to have dinner at this restaurant by pure chance nearly at the end of a month spent in Bucharest for work, such a shame I did not know about it before. It was my second visit to Silk Panoramic after some years and it really seemed to go down hill. Granted we went late (about on a week day), but it was cold inside and the windows pretty dirty (important since the view is...the main selling point). Last time it looked somewhat classy, but now only the view is classy. The food is also average, while not cheap at all. View all feedback.
