We warmly recommend to go there. The prices are also good, especially for gyros : only 14 leis.

My only reason to delay the experience was its location: the... read more It was the evening of a Thursday night and I had been longing to try Makis' food for some time now. My only reason to delay the experience was its location: the corner of Maria Rosetti street and Vasile Lascar, very busy area car-wise, difficult to stop by. So there we went on foot, the 4 of us, fairly hungry and hopeful for a good meal. We wanted gyros, but they hadn't any, so we tried the souvlaki pita. It took a while to prepare, which does not really match the fast food expectations when you are running hungry, but it was worth it. 100% delicious! The personnel was hovering us with kind attention, as we were the only clients on the terrace. Prices are fair for the area (central). I sincerely don't understand why it always seems empty. Waiting a bit more (~15/20 minutes) for the food just confirms the fact that they are dedicated to give you freshly made meals. And that combined with good taste should suffice to grant them their own market share. Keep up the good work and people will come!
