I was in many restaurants in Bucharest during my visit. Once I discovered this place, it was 3 days in a row. Really good food with fair prices and menu is in English. The staff was pretty nice and the food didn't take long to be delivered. This is the best restaurant in Bucharest, in my opinion, and the open air with a view to Parliament. View all feedback.

Un loc preferat. Cele mai bune servicii! Recomand prăjitură Pavlova.
Am fost la Haute Pepper pe bulevardul unirii. Am mâncat bine si am băut un vin bun. Locul este ideal pentru o iesire romantică. 5 stele cu felicitări.
Decorul chic! Desertul și cafeaua au fost delicioase! Personalul super drăguț și amabil! Am fost săptămâna trecută și am fost încântați! Bravo!
Daca sunteți pasionați, coastele trebuie încercate. Extrem de fragede si gustoase!
Servire impecabila, mancare excelenta!
