Management and staff need to be evaluated at this location. Came at 2pm we counted 6 empty tables and 3 that needed to be clean. Several hundred dollars atleast... read more Management and staff need to be evaluated at this location. Came at 2pm we counted 6 empty tables and 3 that needed to be clean. Several hundred dollars atleast worth of customers including us walked out the door after standing for 20 minutes and not being greeted or sat. When I finally stopped a server was told they had no host and no servers working the sections with empty tables. Guess no one in the establishment came to make money today.

We asked to sit by window so we could see our vehicle because service animal was in it, they sat us in only booth that didn't have a window. We were there over... read more We asked to sit by window so we could see our vehicle because service animal was in it, they sat us in only booth that didn't have a window. We were there over and hour. Our waitress was new but very nice and did her job well. Food was not what I have always experienced at other ihops.
