It's unfortunate that you can't use the coupons that come in the mail—what happened to that? As for cleanliness, I haven't noticed a commitment to handwashing. Overall, I would rate the food and service as 4 out of 5, while the atmosphere gets a 3.

The staff was incredibly rude, arguing with customers about other people's issues. When I arrived, a small man began criticizing how I parked my truck, even though I wasn't blocking anyone. His attitude felt very disrespectful, and I couldn't help but feel he was being discriminatory. That's why I'm giving this place just one star. The customer service was unacceptable.
