What User doesn't like about Sugarush:
absolutely terrible. how on earth it takes 2 1/2 hours until a waffel arrives? then to get a call that tells us that they have messed up the order and that it is another half an hour until it is here. so 3 hours for a waffel and some drinks. sort their teamworkers and their timing, like anyone I was in contact with, says the same, wasting time and money View all feedback.

Lovely jubbly milkshakes amazing waffle v.nice , most defo worth a visit
Changed my review as sugarush rectified an error.Fair play, they went full out with a new order for us and this time round it was amazing. Beautifully presented, hot tasty crepe and waffle with lots of choc and fruit. Brilliant milkshakes full of chocolate too. We thoroughly enjoyed it and really appreciate the effort put in. Thank you, we will happily return for another weekend treat.
The delivery man was lovely and order was fasterThan expected
Really disappointed, waited ages for it to arrive then it arrived freezing and order was wrong. Gutted as I’m pregnant and was craving banana. Won’t order again
