What Anonym dislikes about Sugarush:
absolutely terrible. how on earth it takes 2 1/2 hours until a waffel arrives? then to get a call that tells us that they have messed up the order and that it is another half an hour until it is here. so 3 hours for a waffel and some drinks. sort their teamworkers and their timing, like anyone I was in contact with, says the same, wasting time and money View all feedback.

We adore Sugar Rush! Today, I left a note with my Just Eat order to express my gratitude, as their food has brightened my day on multiple occasions. To my delight, I received a handwritten note in response, saying that my message made their night after a challenging start to their shift. Being 7 months pregnant, I experienced an emotional rollercoaster of joy! I'm so happy to know that my appreciation was valued – it was genuinely well-deserved! This place is the best around! I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I placed my order at 8:10 PM, and it still hadn’t been delivered by 11:20 PM. Honestly, I could have flown to Spain in that time! I called them two hours after my order and was told it would be just a couple of minutes. When I called again, the staff didn’t even know about my order. There was no communication from them throughout the entire ordeal. My son is now crying from frustration. I highly recommend avoiding this place; it’s the worst service I’ve ever encountered.
