They informed me that they could only accept cash at the drive-thru, which didn't make much sense since customers inside could pay with cards. I decided to go inside, where I ordered a plate and a larger plate, and everything went smoothly. However, when I got home, I realized that the teriyaki chicken was missing from my order. I took a picture of the receipt and called the restaurant to let them know. They offered me the option to return in two days, but I didn't want to eat Panda Express on consecutive days, so I suggested coming back that same night. Because I would need to make a 10-15 minute drive to pick up the missing item, I asked if they could replace both of my plates to avoid having my food get cold, especially since my wife's meal was incomplete. The manager on duty refused to give me her name and then abruptly hung up on me. I had to call back more than ten times to finally get a name, which turned out to be Jennifer. She was quite rude and seemed inconsiderate of the inconvenience caused by the employees' mistake. A situation that could have been easily resolved was made much worse due to the poor customer service from the manager.
