Appetizer was avocado hummus, we asked what was this very har... read more At first the staff was very friendly and we liked it. We were the first. Games for kids, all fine. Appetizer was avocado hummus, we asked what was this very hard vegetable, was is cucumber? She came back from the kitchen and said that the cook admitted to have used an unripe avocado, therefore some hard pieces inside. We were shocked but on the same side we appreciated the honesty. Then the kids pizza came, fortunately i saw the hair before they started to eat. When the bill arrived we were surprised that she charged us the hummus, despite the fact it was unripe and we almost did not eat it because it tasted strange with this hard stuff. She laughed and said. Well no, if you want you can have a free coffee. Then i said, well why does this not come from you, as client friendly restaurant should be your thought not mine. She ran away and came back with a new bill, very pissed and made us feel it. I told her it has nothing to do with her as the service was good and was even willing to give tipp, but she just said ok ok. She changed her attitude for 360 degrees. Like: Pay and get the hell our of here. We paid and she left and never came back. Without saying goodbye or apologizing whatever! This is not acceptable for such a pricy place!!
