A 15% tip was automatically added to my bill without my consent. Typically, I leave a 20% tip, so that’s not the issue; it’s the fact that I wasn’t asked if I wanted to leave a tip, nor was I informed that it would be added automatically. I did not authorize this charge on my credit card. The owner even lied to me, claiming I pressed a button to leave a tip, which absolutely did not happen. It feels like the owner is scamming unsuspecting customers. Who knows if the tip even went to the staff? That's why I prefer to tip in cash. I’m unsure if this practice is specific to this location or company-wide. Additionally, the bathroom was filthy. If the bathroom is in such poor condition, I can only imagine the state of the kitchen. I’m done with Subway.

Super accessible to the Highway and clean restroom. The sandwich was ordered in advance so was ready at pick up. So good using the subway app. The Cstore in the... read more Super accessible to the Highway and clean restroom. The sandwich was ordered in advance so was ready at pick up. So good using the subway app. The Cstore in the same parking lot was super sketchy but had gas. We love the reliability and consistency of subway sandwiches no matter where we are traveling.
