From the tremendous Asian influenced dishes coming out of the talented kitchen to the well appointed wood and brick dining room and attentive service, Kapkac is doing everything right. After two visits, I'd be happy to put this food up against the best restaurants in New York and Chicago (Yes we thought it was that good. The ramen soup is simply delicious with a subtle mix of complex flavors completed nicely by fresh herbs. The ribs something truly special. Perfectly cooked with an Asian influenced caramel glaze set off with spicy soy cucumbers this kitchen knows what it is doing. Great cocktail and dessert menus too.
