The bathroom is for customers only.” It made me needlessly humiliated by that angry response I didn 't deserve. I fully understand that the business reserves the right of admission, and is not obligated to allow non-customers to use its bathroom. However, kindness and good manners “do not cost money”, and are linked to running a business and, above all, to dealing with the public, and I still do not understand why I was responded to in such a bad tone, if I had not done so. nothing and it was the first time we saw each other. What this rude lady does not know is that I am the owner of a rural house in the area, for 11 years now, and I will take care of involving my clients and acquaintances in the unpleasant treatment of the owner of that place.
