What User doesn't like about Subway:
We ordered three footlong subs from this restaurant. They were fantastic on Monday, so we decided to order the same on Tuesday. However, we were disappointed as they were not good at all. It seemed like there was a new employee who didn't know how to prepare the sandwiches properly. The buns were poorly handled and fell apart while we were eating. Absolutely LOVE the employees!!! Very nice and friendly!! They sure can make great fresh sandwiches. I have went in a few times and they have been out of sweet tea ... BUT... They are always quick to fix more with a smile on their face

I consistently enjoy delicious meals at this restaurant. The staff is friendly and efficient for the most part. The restaurant is also exceptionally clean, despite the ongoing renovation.
I would not recommend ordering takeout from this restaurant if you want your order to be accurate. This is the third time that my takeout order was incorrect. I ordered two bacon chicken ranch footlong sandwiches, and neither of them had any bacon on them. Bacon is a key ingredient in the name of the sandwich, so it was disappointing that they missed it on both footlongs.
I always enjoy my meals at this restaurant. The staff is friendly and efficient (for the most part). The restaurant is exceptionally clean, even though it has been undergoing a redesign for some time.
