I reached out to them using the link provided below my review, but they have been completely unhelpful. Four days ago, they told me I would receive a refund, but it still hasn't appeared in my account. When I inquired about how long refunds typically take, they flat-out refused to respond. Instead, I received a generic automated reply. This situation is absolutely ridiculous. I may have to file a chargeback with my bank since they promised a refund, failed to deliver it, and are unwilling to assist me. On top of that, their prices are outrageous for the quality of food they serve. I paid $9 for stale fries and chicken that tasted terrible—like wet dog. The quality has dropped significantly while they continue to hike their prices to unreasonable levels. For instance, it costs nearly $2 just to add extra cheese to fries, which is absurd.
Not only was my burger perfect, but Paige was amazing. My van wouldn't start when I was ready to leave, and she pulled her car around and hooked up the cables and jumped it off! My I cannot thank you enough!The last few times we have been to this sonic, every order has been correct! Thank you, 7/2023Shark week, supposed to get a free corndog with every slush, but even though I ordered in the app and redeemed the reward, I got no corn dogs. The manager on duty did come. Look at my app and make it right.
