Little Caesars Pizza - Bryant
Little Caesars Pizza
Description
**A Mixed Experience at Bryant’s Pizza Spot**
Dining at the Bryant location offers a blend of highs and lows. On one hand, patrons rave about the fresh, perfectly prepared pizza and friendly staff, especially commendable servers like Sabrina. However, long wait times—sometimes exceeding 45 minutes—have frustrated many customers. Issues with cold, soggy pizza and problematic online orders have marred the experience, revealing potential management shortcomings. Despite staffing challenges, employees strive to serve well. The atmosphere feels chaotic and rushed, leaving a desire for improved organization and service efficiency. Overall, while the pizza is celebrated for its quality, operational hiccups raise concerns.

Our server Sabrina s was so nice and took time out to go check for crazy breads and I loved that she deserves employe of the month and great pizza loved the breadParking: Plenty no trouble circling around or parking somewhere elseKid-friendliness: No rudeness plenty of wholesome workers
Everything was fantastic! I placed my order right after they opened, and my food was incredibly fresh and perfectly prepared. I used the drive-thru for pickup, and the staff was both friendly and quick.
We ordered $50 worth of pizza for delivery from the Bryant location online. After an hour, we received a call from DoorDash stating that the driver went to pick up our order but the restaurant had canceled it because they never received it! Excuse me, I placed the order directly through your store, not DoorDash! Instead of fulfilling our order, you canceled it. Now it’s going to take 10-12 days to get our money back. This is terrible service. You've lost our business, and I was planning to use you for our Super Bowl party as well. This shows poor management.
I had an excellent experience at this restaurant. Hannah was incredibly kind to me, and the atmosphere was enjoyable, although it was quite hot inside.
So I actually really love Little Caesars Pizza I love the fact that they make everything new everyday. Although they could be a lot better at having enough workers to better service the customers because anytime I have gone anywhere from 10:00 to sometimes close to 30 or 45 minutes to get an order. And that's even if I have place it online or called it in before and gave them a good amount of time to make everything before driving up there to get it. It's not the employees fault they're doing the best they can they just seem like there's not enough or the building is not big enough to make the amount needed for the consumers customers. The atmosphere is also very kind of boring and chaotic along with feeling a little bit rushed and able to tell that the employees are rushing
