To make matters worse,... read more This was probably the worst experience I've had at a restaurant. Three of our pancakes were undercooked and had raw batter in the middle. To make matters worse, we found a hair in our omelet. When we informed our waitress about the issues, she became defensive and rude, even throwing our plates back on the table. The waitresses were laughing and joking about the situation, showing a lack of professionalism. We never received an apology or a replacement for our meal. We decided to pay and leave without finishing our food.

When our food... read more I recently visited Denny's and had a disappointing experience. We waited for over two hours for our food, and the manager, Austin, was unhelpful. When our food finally arrived, it was not prepared correctly. I was frustrated and asked to speak to the manager, but he was not accommodating. Additionally, it seemed like we were being treated unfairly compared to other customers, particularly African Americans. Despite my love for Denny's, I will not be returning due to the poor service and apparent discrimination. I urge others who have had similar experiences to contact corporate and demand better treatment. It is unfortunate that in this day and age, racism still plays a role in determining the level of service a customer receives.

My family went on March 17th for breakfast and the morning crew was amazing. Our waiter greeted me at the door, as I came later, aksed what drink I wanted. I explained to her which one, which they no longer carried but she was able to make me one anyway. Very happy staff the place was nice and clean. You would really enjoy the morning Crew. I apologize I didn't remember their names but the three ladies were all amazingly kind and friendly
