One of the cashiers had a hard day, but the food was so good I couldn't let them miss my what-a-chicken sandwich with cheese, Mayo, salad and tomatoes. (Mmmmmmm fan lick well.

The server, a Black lady with a noticeably large chest, got everyone's order wrong and was breathing heavily over the food. She was also swearing while the manager stood right there. This has to be the most chaotic Whataburger experience I’ve ever had, and I'm from Houston.

I definitely need to find a better area to dine in.

Unfortunately, I've noticed a decline in customer service since they teamed up with the Chicago company; it definitely feels slower now. The young woman at the register could use some customer service training. It's crucial to make eye contact with customers and offer a smile—even while wearing a mask. When handing back change or a receipt, it would be nice if she could take a moment to acknowledge the customer rather than just passing it over without any interaction. Additionally, when serving food, it would be appreciated if they asked whether we needed any condiments or anything else.
