What User doesn't like about The Stella:
The hotel was great, but the restaurant downstairs was disappointing. I would give it a one-star rating. The incorrect tables were brought to us and my husband complained about the size of his salmon. When it was brought back, they replaced the wrong side dish. Overall, it was a bad experience and a huge disappointment. It ruined what should have been a special occasion. View all feedback.

I recently traveled to College Station on a business trip with colleagues and stayed at this hotel. Despite reading exaggerated reviews in advance, I was greatly disappointed. The location near Texas A&M University was convenient and the beds were comfortable. The lakeside walkway lights were a nice touch. However, the shower water was unnaturally soft and left a residue on my skin. Those who enjoy soft water may like this, but I found it unpleasant. The hotel looked impressive online, but the details in my room did not meet the standards of Marriott Autograph Collection. The shower handle was loose, the room had a strange odor, the shower floor appeared stained, and moisture streaks appeared on the walls after showering. Overall, I was not impressed with the hotel and would recommend looking for alternative accommodations.
I absolutely love Stella! I love it so much that I traveled away from my home in Houston for 4 months just to experience it again, and I will be returning in a few days. During my last visit, which was for my birthday, it felt like the entire Stella team knew and they made my stay extra special with fun surprises for two whole days. Our room was as wonderful and comfortable as always, and the food was excellent. I want to give a special thanks to Dulce, Nina, Brandy, Shayna, the entire reception team, and the Pow ladies who made my special coffee. Thank you all for making my birthday stay at Stella so memorable! I can't wait to return soon.

This was my first time here. Rooms were super clean and roomy. Whole hotel environment was awsome and had plenty to do. Loved the restaurant, pool, courtyard, conference rooms. I can't say enough about this place. Was great for families. Kids can run and play. We will be staying here again.
