I typically avoid this location because of past experiences, but this morning they changed my mind. Despite being short-staffed—only two people handling the morning rush—they were impressive. The food was delicious, and they didn't skimp on the ingredients. Great job, ladies!
Got home and was ready to eat my food.. BUT THEY GIVE ME BREAD THAT SOMEONE WAS ALREADY EATING OFF OF?? DISGUSTING!!
The food was delicious. Ordered tots and mozzarella sticks that were cooked to perfection. The service was just okay. Placed order and received incorrect items. My server didn't bother to check to see if my order was correct, luckily I did. You also have to ask for napkins. Why wouldn't they automatically bring you napkins? Customer service definitely needs work, especially considering the amount you pay in exchange for the small food portions.
I thought I'd try the totchos a second time, and it was worse than the first. I asked for lettuce, and I got less that the equivalent of one leaf. Everything else was okay. However, the cheeseburgers had very little mayo or ketchup. Very disappointed. With costs so high now, you'd expect quality to go up, not down.
