The non-alcoholic drink menu had a surprisingly wide variety of options, which was perfect for my younger sisters. Our server, Chelsea, was exceptional and very knowledgeable about the drinks and menu. Ronin has a unique atmosphere and a great story behind their concept in Bryan. They prioritize quality above all else. We will definitely be returning!

We were seated promptly, but it took a while for our server to come to our table, and we eventually had to ask for assistance. Interestingly, other tables that arrived after us were attended to right away. Because of this delay, we missed out on happy hour. When I asked about a possible discount due to the service mishap, the server said she would check on it. We did receive a discount, but only when the bill arrived. The server seemed indifferent and was not very engaging. We had chosen this restaurant based on its positive reviews, but unfortunately, the experience fell short of our expectations for such a special occasion. On the positive side, the food was delicious. We enjoyed the chicken fried steak, blackened shrimp pasta, and esquites.

I ordered the skirt steak, which came with just two small pieces of roasted okra and a modest portion of steak. The chicken fried steak, on the other hand, was well-served with a generous helping of potatoes and vegetables. The pompano was flavorful, but it was presented whole. The cocktails were enjoyable; however, the dessert options were rather unappealing. We decided to share two ice cream and peach desserts among five people, but they arrived in unevenly sized bowls without any extra plates. While the servers were polite, the overall attitude of the staff was not particularly warm. Our family found the experience disappointing, especially given the positive reviews we had heard about Ronin.
