Since opening a few months ago in College Station, First Watch has quickly become the go-to breakfast destination. Expect weekend lines—use NoWait—for inventive morning fare: immaculate poached eggs, decadent chocolate-chip pecan waffles, carrot‑cake and lemon‑ricotta pancakes, and creative egg sandwiches. Service is warm and attentive, though game-day crowds can slow attention and checkout. Small, trendy plating can feel cramped, but overall it’s a must-visit for solid, flavorful brunch.

Our waiter, Dustin, was outstanding. The food was delicious as well! The only downside was the long wait to settle our bill, but overall, it’s a fantastic restaurant!
The breakfast here is excellent! The menu is packed with healthy, organic choices. This has definitely become my new favorite spot for breakfast!
The wait was long, but it was definitely worth it because the food service was excellent. My only minor complaint is that the trendy rectangular plate was a bit too small for both my Eggs Benedict and the accompanying greens, leaving me with limited space to cut and maneuver my food. Overall, though, it’s a fantastic place and we will definitely be coming back!
What a delicious place? The carrot cake pancakes were crazy good and the lemon ricotta pancakes were absolutely yummy. I had the egg sandwich with arugula and bacon and avocado. YUMMY And the topper was the staff was so sweet and so attentive. Wish they would make one in north Houston!! Will drive up there again to try something new!
This place is amazing. If I want breakfast in College Station, First Watch is the first place I think of. They've only been open a few months, but there's already a huge wait every Saturday morning because it has become so popular.
