Was Stella Strosin at C&c -b-que a mag?
Ribs had a really nice smokey flavor. Ribs also were tender but still had a nice bite to them. The smoke flavor didn't come out as much in the brisket but the meat was tender and tasted good. The pinto beans were excellent. Portions were huge. The owner and family were all super nice. View all feedback.

Everything was good. Nothing bad and nothing great. The food and service were what we had expected for a night today.

We dared a bit from the beaten path to enjoy this small but excellent place. We had the small dining room for us and enjoyed a conversation with the owners. Barbecue was generous and delicious. The banana pudding was fabulous. Host and hostess were charming and only a joy. A great find. Come back soon.

I love to find little hidden gems like C&C BAR-B-QUE. On our travel home to San Antonio, I googled BBQ in Bryan/College Station. I chose C&C for its good reviews. Their clean restaurant was also mentioned. It was all of those and more. The chopped brisket BBQ sandwich was the absolute best. There is no skimping of this rich-tasting BBQ piled on a soft bun. This isn't your regular chopper BBQ sandwich. The potato salad was one of the best I have eaten. The fresh pinto beans were well spiced. The banana pudding was delicious! All the portion sizes were large. The couple who own the restaurant were some of the nicest people I have ever met. The restaurant is small but has incredible food. This is just a simple low-key place to eat the best BBQ with a couple who put lots of love and pride in what they do. The atmosphere and food coupled with the friendly warm welcoming from the owners make this a place you don't want to miss. My only disappointment is I wish I lived closer so I could eat here often.
