Dining room is spacious and beautiful. Bit of a fly problem at the time I went, but nothing I couldn’t handle. Food was honestly delicious and the prices were to be expected. Our waiter was also very nice!
I had the Shrimp and grits. I couldn't get enough of them. Hands down the best grits I'd ever had! The pic represents half of the meal as I shared it with a friend. The ricotta doughnuts with fresh fruit were amazing too.
A very nice restaurant inside the Stella Hotel that has wonderful customer service. Our hostess, Zyreshia was pleasant and brought us to a nice table to get clear view and ambiance of restaurant. Our server, Allison B, was delightful with herwonderful smile. She had amazing customer service with details of the menu to enhance the experience. It was our anniversary sothe chef, Jim Porsen, surprised us bring out a board of meats, cheese and fruit personally to our table. He wished us awonderful anniversary. The experience was amazing with a special dessert given at the end. I highly suggest you to comeexperience their food, cocktails and desserts. They even have charging stations in the chairs for your smartphones and laptops.Iwill definitely come back and stay at the Stella again as it's located inside the hotel. Great for business meetings, specialoccasions and romantic times. ENJOY! THANKS AGAIN ZYRESHIA, CHEF JIM PORSEN, AND ESPECIALLY ALLISON for making our day SIMPLYAMAZING!
Very solid restaurant, a bit pricier than other places in town but still worth the money. Staff is always courteous and friendly even when they're busy. Most days there's not a wait, but if there's any events going on at the university I would play it safeand get a reservation as it can get very crowded during peak hours.
Really awesome restaurant, nice evening atmosphere, cute little tables with candles and a small but appropriate menu. Had a burger and wine, all was delicious. I could have stayed longer, but the kitchen closes around 10 and we had just arrived.Waitresses were so nice though and let us have a table near the bar despite being so close to closing time. Thank you!!Marvelous eatery, will come again!

I recently dined at the new restaurant in the Stella hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the chef's creativity and talent. The desserts, especially the chocolate ganache mousse and pecan cake, were absolutely delicious. My personal favorite was the pecan cake. The beet salad and snap pea soup were also delightful and really tantalized the taste buds. Additionally, the chef was very accommodating to my dietary needs. Overall, I give this restaurant two thumbs up!

It took a long time before a server came to our table, and the service was slow, but the server was nice and did a great job. The food was good. The restaurant is in a nice upscale area away from the campus hustle and bustle, so we were disappointed in the attitude of the hostess. With many other restaurants in town, we are unsure if we will give them another try.
We received excellent service and attention to detail at this restaurant. We were celebrating our daughter's Aggie ring day and the staff welcomed us warmly. Our overall experience surpassed my expectations, and we will definitely return in the future.
Salads were great. Both dinners were WAY TOO SALTY! I understand that chefs must over-flavor food because typical diners deaden or numb their taste buds with alcohol. Bananas Foster Bread Pudding dessert is to die for! Best we have EVER had. Please, please hold off on the salt.
Despite feeling a bit out of place as college students who didn't realize how upscale the restaurant was beforehand, we had a great experience. The restaurant itself is stunning and would make a charming spot for a breakfast, brunch, or dinner date. I'm looking forward to returning one evening to experience the ambiance of the place at night for dinner.
