Lunch in Brussels at @tero.bruxelles If restaurants twinned with each other like cities and towns do, this place would be the Belgian twin with @highergroundmcr an innovative, farm to table gastronomic restaurant located in the former studio of artist Fernand Khnopff, which emphasizes sustainable cuisine using local, seasonal produce. I was welcomed and looked after superbly, and advised what would best to create a beautiful lunch. So relaxed and calming, this was a place for sharing with myself today. Parthenais beef. Tataki style, black garlic, mustabal, gomasio Tomato. Risotto, chanterelles, Parmesan, parsley Romaine lettuce. Caesar sauce, pomegranate, cashew Tero chocolate. Caramel, hazelnut cream, puffed rice Price per person: €80–90 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very beautiful and good discovery of this establishment. The dishes are to be shared or not, depending on envy, The menu allows to know all allergens and it is possible to ask gluten-free bread to taste their preparation based on oil and spices that are offered. Preparations are neat and tasty. I enjoyed the concept “products of their farm”. About 50€ per person with 2/3 dishes per person, drink and dessert,

My first experience at this restaurant was very positive. It was great to finally try high-end vegetarian cuisine. For two people, it is recommended to order 4-5 or even 6 dishes, which can add up in cost. However, the dishes are truly unique and the flavor combinations are original and delicious. One small downside was that everything was served at the same time, which made it lose some of its warmth. I suggest asking to be served dishes gradually instead.
