Starbucks - Brussels

I do not recommend this cafe! It only has the name of Starbucks but doesn’t taste like it at all! I love Starbucks signature hot chocolates but at this place, its signature hot chocolate’s taste was not good at all! The Panos hot chocolates taste very much better! Also, I ordered a cinnamon hot cake, he pretended that he’s put it to warm but after I received it, it was still cold! When I went back to complain he said I’ll come back to you but I waited for a while and he didn’t show up so I had to rush to take my bus. Another thing is their toilet which was so dirty and the tap of the sink wasn’t working to wash the hands! They didn’t mention it before I use the toilet! This cafe is such a disappointment. I am not even satisfied with one star but in order to write a review, we have to at least give a one star!
