Without a doubt the best ramens of the capital. Savoury and varied with noodles at the top and a delicious broth. But it doesn’t stop there. Terrible choice of entrances including ginger octopuses to damn themselves and a whole series of dishes that force us to come back to have the pleasure of tasting them all. Short but beautiful selection of saké and Japanese whisky to complete all. A smiling and friendly service,... View all feedback.
Food is excellent and vegetarians can find their account. The servers are very nice. The only flat is that we sit on wooden stools, not always comfortable for popotin and back
A really nice place. The staff is very kind and very welcoming. The dishes are really good especially for all people who love Japan. Typical dishes: the ramens are really great the bouillons are tasty. We really enjoyed having Japanese alcohol like umeshu. It is a very sober and beautiful setting in the restaurant.
When I came back to Belgium, I had only one haste: go and taste my favorite vegetarian ramen at Kokuban still as good!
Very nice place, with large terrace. I've been there for years. We eat it very well but the only little couac would be the fact that I have the impression that with time, they put less meat in the dish and a lot of rice. So I like rice but here I would still like them to do better so that it is balanced
A good restaurant typically Japanese with authentic cuisine ideally placed in the European Quarter. The gyozas were really very, very good. The bowl of ramen was good too, but the broth missed a little taste. The restaurant staff was fast and smiling. All for a correct price, to be recommended!
