What User doesn't like about Prunes Des Neiges:
So we had to make a reservation for Saturday night dinner with a friend. It was just two of us with our two babies. So the waiter explained how to order which was nice. But the downfall is that they never told me that they were out of certain items on the menus. I would order something and it would take forever for the item to come (except the drinks). A table next to me was receiving faster service that I was!! View all feedback.
NEVER AGAIN!!!! I’ve never written a review before, this time I had to make an exception. we didn’t get any explanation on how to order, Ipad even malfunctioned… order either didn’t came or arrived 20min later even if we politely asked for the missing items, didn’t get any response waitress dropped my fork on the ground, just put it back my table Honestly, I could go on but that will take too much time… I would’ve given a 0 starts if it was possible… Stay away from this place!
Great and cheap hot pot really delicious good portions. Very friendly staff.
So far this is the best grill and hotpot buffet that I have here in Belgium. They have a lot of options for the protein. But you have to pay a bit extra for the option with seafood. They will give you a tabletscreen for choosing the menu then sent them via the tablet. For us, they came with all of our orders after around 35 minutes. We found the korean barbeque meat and a slice of beef meat are the best in taste. From seafood I found them not really fresh but still okay to eat. Especially the fish, not so good in my preference. I grew up in the village near to sea. So I have a high standard of seafood . For the hot pot, we choose spicy broth not the extra spicy) but the spicy broth is too spicy for me. I am used with spicy food because the food from where I come from are normally so spicy, but even for me it was way too spicy. So I used only a small bowl of soup. I can't really enjoy the soup. Its possible that the mushroom broth soup is better than the spicy broth so I can enjoy the soup better but
Good place, tasty hot pots and don't recall ever having an issue with freshness. Staff is nice too.
Restaurant is not really cosy, doesn't really feel welcoming. There were various choices of meat for the bbq, but in my opinion not enough, not like other korean bbqs I've been to. The portions really varied, I got 3 pieces bulgogi the first time and the second time we got more than double.. The service was really slow, but friendly. Sometimes orders got lost or were forgotten by the staff. Also the hotpot stoves kept constantly beeping when not turned on.. In general the quality of the food was good, especially the pork belly and bulgogi I can recommend.
